Off multi use trail on Blue Springs Lake
This WAS a standard cache with a bonus but Rocky Squirl has flown the coop! A new trail has been cut & someone took the whole cache box! So Rocky moved in with Not Quite Bulwinkle.
The cache is a metal drink container with a few nuts inside & the squirrel houses the log. Not much room for anything other than maybe smashed pennies & of course a few nuts!
All of the caches I have put out are off of some kind of trail & will have parking. Minimal bushwacking is required unless you wanna!
The road to the Shelter Houses in BS Lake is closed from 10/31 to 4/1 so the park can 'rest' but SW Lake Ridge Rd is open & you can access the parking from there. Watch out for the 'No Parking Signs'
