This cache east of where the Bonneville Shoreline Trail crosses the Strong Canyon Trail, so you'll probably want to park at the Beus Drive Trailhead if you're going for just this cache. It is also a multicache, but is much easier than my nearby Cliff Notes. Most of the terrain rating is because of the hike up the trail.
Because of the canyon, the east-west coordinates should be fairly accurate, but the north-south coordinates may be quite a ways off, so I'm using the trail as a reference. I was at the location for at least 15 minutes getting the best coordinates that I could, but I am doubting their accuracy. Think of the coordinates as a starting point. The first stage is a bison tube within five feet of the trail and contains the minutes portion of the coordinates for the final cache. The second stage is at least twenty feet off of the trail, up the hill.
Original cache contents were:
- Notebook, pen, pencil, stash note
- Rabbit, plushish (2)
- Chicken, plushish (2)
- Obiwan Kenobi (TB)
For the first few cachers, if you take a trackable, please leave a trackable.
