AMAZING view, be sure to bring your camera and post a photo of you and the view and pack a lunch for a peacful picnic. Super easy, coords should be spot on, but you won't need them cause once you get on the right "path" look to your left and you'll come across it. It's in a pencil container in plain sight.
Meadow Lake Rd, hard right on Moores Valley (follow signs to Kutch Archery, make sure to wave to Kenny on your way by) left on Kutch, your GPS can handle it from here.
