Island Adventures Traditional Cache
guinea gal: Wow...it took me about 45 minutes to find my own cache! And it was right where I left it! I don't know who got that sheet of moss to fit it perfectly, but it did the trick! The rest of the area looks so different...there were so many small trees and vines and bushes...looks like something burned through here? At any rate, 2 years have flown by, and this adventure has ended!

Welcome to the Islands! You can't get more adventurous than this. OK, maybe you can! This cache is hidden along an established trail, on a small island which is a part of Beaver Island, on Grand Island! The trail is fairly level, no elevation changes, and at this time of the year: quite mosquito-y. You are looking for an ammo can filled with some goodies for the kids.
The cache is located in Beaver Island State Park, which currently has a $7 entry fee. Be sure to check out the many other caches in the park while you are visiting.
Remember to bring bug spray!
