A cache located near Plug Pond in Haverhill, Massachusetts.
Parking and trailhead can be found at N42° 46.880' W071° 03.748, although during the school summer vacation months, it may cost you $2.00 to park. If you'd rather not pay this fee, come in from Winnekenni Park and park at N42° 47.295 W071° 03.867 or near Winnekenni Castle at N42° 47.300 W071° 03.837.
This is the sequel to Mother's Day Cache for Mrs. Haverood (GC1C6QD) located on the entire other side of the park. I set it up for my father (Haverood) to have first dibs as a Father's Day gift, but I'll definitely give FTF honors to the first one who finds it after publishing.
It seems that the area was used for some partying decades ago judging by the very old bottles and cans. None of the trash seemed to be recent, so it does not appear to still be a party place. I did get a lot of a trash removed, but you happen to see some trash, obviously feel free to CITO.
