Spring has sprung! Traditional Cache
cosmiccarrot: Sorry to say this one is now archived due to being muggled and the apparent theft of a geocoin which was in the cache at the time.
Expect some new caches nearby in the near future although they will be member only caches to reduce the risk of things being stolen / muggled.

This is a simple straight forward cache placed on Springfield Lane public bridleway between Tong Village and Cockersdale.
Medium 1.2 litre tupperware box initially containing some small swaps and a log book and pencil.
Car parking is available in Tong Village next to the Greyhound pub.
The bridleway is quite popular with dog walkers, cyclists and horseriders so care needs to be taken when retrieving the cache although at times you never see a soul down here, except for the rather inquisitive cows in the neighbouring fields.
A nice walk can be had by joining the Leeds Country way at the bottom of the bridleway and passing through Sykes woods where other caches are to be found, but bear in mind it is often quite muddy here.
GPSr reception can be a bit scatty due to tree cover but was accurate to 15 feet when the cache was placed.
