A pleasant walk to an interesting overlook of the Squannacook River.
Walk through Townsend State Forest to a large rock outcrop or boulders, overlooking the Squannacook River. Pretty easy walk and a nice view when you get there. The cache is hidden back from the rocks and you do not need to climb down any of the slopes. Parking .25 miles west of rt 13 on Dudley Road. Probably a pretty good fishing spot. Canopy meant gps bounced around some so I averaged 5 readings. Please replace exactly as found!!
