I have been wanting to hide
another cache and today was the day. I like caches by the water and
I have found a spot that won't disappoint.
These
lands are open to hunting in season.
Please be aware of the
hunting laws of the state of Pennsylvania when you are seeking this
cache.
Wear orange when hunting is
permitted.
Parking is available at N40
52.812 W079 42.297 Please do not block the gate.
The hike in should be about
a half mile. I would suggest long pants as there are times when the
grass will be high. There is a path most of the way to the cache.
Past the pine tree grove take the path to the left. Stay on that
path past the rocks and to the water. I would avoid going off the
path until you reach the water. Once you reach the water it is
bushwhacking along the water to the cache. I took a deer path and
it wasn't too bad. Believe it or not, I didn't notice any poison
ivy and didn't run into any thorns. Since I like to hear the sound
of flowing water I walked along until I heard the sound of the
water. I spotted a nice large rock on the other side that would be
perfect to sit and enjoy. Too bad it was on the other side of the
water. You should be able to find a spot on this side of the water
to enjoy the area, I did. I hope you enjoy this area as much as I
did when I was there.
This cache is PURPLE and
full of items that are PURPLE. It would be cool to trade only
PURPLE things. Please please rehide as you found it. Please do not
add more cover to the cache. There is currently one piece of cover.
Please rehide it like you found it as I don't think it needs any
more cover where it is hidden. Please log any DNF's. PURPLE
