It's a silver or gold nano located on part of Tecotosh.
This is just a silver nano discretely placed on Tecotosh. Just outside of PSU's new Engineering Building near the sidewalk. There can be a lot of muggle traffic especially on sunny days when school is in session, or during lunch time. It's below a silver disk like object. There's also a bus stop nearby.
