Geocache Description:

This is a puzzle cache. The cache is not at the posted coordinates! The final is located somewhere in Novato, but not at the posted coordinates, which would place you right in the middle of U.S. Highway 101. Please do not look for the cache at the posted coordinates!

This is one in a series of “Copy Cat” hides I am doing in honor of local Marin Geocachers. Oh, did I mention that I am making the Marin Geocachers that I am honoring/copying co-owners of these caches whether they like it or not? (Even so, I look forward to them making the find so we can read their logs.).

J5 Crew gives you a BIG VISUAL with little information and then you have to go find Stage 1 to get the final. I am only giving you the small picture with the red arrow pointing directly to where you will find stage 1 and the final coordinates. Now all you have to do is find the correct BIG VISUAL to find the small picture and collect those coordinates to stage 1. To review the inspiration for this cache, please go see the J5 Crew’s Aerial Intelligence caches and read what he had to say about aerial intelligence gathering. Aerial Intelligence - Marin 1 (GC17V3J) and Aerial Intelligence - Marin 2 (GC16PH50).

Your first goal is to find the area in an aerial image where you will find the tree and it's coordinates. Once there, you should easily find the coordinates to the final. When you find the container, please do not take the final coordinates from it and please do not leave anything in the container. In order to claim the find, you must sign the logbook in the final. You will not have to take a friend along for the final, but it's always more fun if you do. You also will not need to get in your car and go somewhere else to retrieve the final after finding stage 1.

I am going to try and keep this a 4 difficulty rating so I will not include any more hints than you have already. Please do not post any pictures, measurements, or descriptions that would give away the actual location of the cache! Once you find the final, you can travel a little further on and enjoy your surroundings. Have fun and good luck!
