harthunter: As before I never worry about dnfs on this one as it has been moved up to 40 feet before and people never found it sitting in the open. After rehiding it and there had been finds on a regular basis I wasn't worried. But this time it looks like it has walked off! A huge 50 cal ammo box clearly marked geocache. See pics. With great regret I'm archiving. Sorry for those recent dnfs and thanks to all who found it.

Geocache Description:

You are looking for a large Ammo can in the woods. It is only 436
feet from the parking coordinates. I would not recommend walking
around to the grassy field behind the Corp office. But take a
stroll around the shore following these coordinates for the easy
route that requires no bush whacking. (Easy route: N 34 20.456 W
082 50.113)

Every year the Hart County Chamber of Commerce, Service League and Walmart sponsor the Pre Fourth Extravaganza Fire works display at Big Oaks Recreation Area accompanied by the community band holding a concert nearby. Hundreds of people come from all around to enjoy the festivities by boat or car. The light show from the boats across the water is just as amazing. If you come to get the cache
during this time be prepared to stay awhile! The cache contains all kinds of red, white and blue items for the event including light sticks and a blow horn. If you stay for the display you'll understand the blow horn! LOL! Just remember trade even or better please! There is a FTF prize for the early bird. See the photos below.
Don't forget about the other activities around the square in Hartwell all day long.
