Under The Line Traditional Cache
TrekNTerry: Out doing some cache maintenance, looked for this one and it seems to be gone. I'm placing a new cache near by.

Near a major street, no parking on that street but parking nearby on a side street or in the nearby park.
If you know this area well, this should be an easy cache. If you don't know the area, it may be a bit perplexing at first but I'm sure you'll figure it out. There are certain times when it might not be accessible and depending on circumstances, you may need a TOTT or two to help you out. It's a trusty Altoids tin with a $1,000,000,000,000 bill in it to make it worth your while.
Tip: If you park in the east end of the Grand Ave. Park parking lot, you may discover a "secret" trail that will lead you to the cache.
