Dedicated to Turdleggs, Prez of the MBGA. This is how he describes
this container...
Hidden on private property with permission. Good parking off the
highway. Short walk to MBGA stickered cache. Morris gained Hydro in
1935, mid-Depression (creating many jobs) with a 33,000 volt line.
Previous to this many had enjoyed electricity in town and on farms
with private power plants. This cache was hidden for Town of Morris
125th Anniversary. Enjoy... An intersting story. This site used to
house a FROG FARM. Yes it did. The people living here used to breed
some type of extra large bullfrog for pet shops. The pond had a 6-7
foot fence around it to keep IN the valuable frogs. One day local
hooligans broke down part of the fence and almost all the frogs
escaped making their way into the local environmental system and we
believe interbreeding with frogs nearby so...The FROG FARM took a
big loss and there was an uproar from Environment Manitoba or
Canada or something and that was it. No more big bull-frogs or what
is that you hear. CROAK. RIBBIT. Maybe a descendant of the long
lost frogs.
