Dead End Dogs Ramp Traditional Cache

The toughest part on this one is getting down the right road... and fending off the friendly dogs (at least the ones there when I originally placed the cache were friendly). Right next to a not-too-well-known boat ramp.
Had some intermittent trouble with reception, but there are trees overhead.
Look in the obvious spot!
