The July meeting of the SCGA hosted by the CSRA
Geocachers
The meeting will be held at Baker Creek State Park in McCormick.
Please make sure to stop by the fee box at the entrance of the park
and pay the $2 fee
We have the big pavilion reserved from 10 til 5 which includes the
use of the grill and kitchen area, and volleyball courts.
The offical time of the meeting will be from 11-3, you do not
have to attend the whole time and are welcome to come and go. We
have the area reserved until 5 if you want to just hang out after
the event
Food--All food items have been covered, we will be cooking
hamburgers and hotdogs. Side items, drinks, and other things have
also been covered
When you sign-up, please state how many hamburgers and hotdogs you
want
We do have use of the kitchen if you have something you need to
heat up or keep cool.
Schedule of events will include:
1. A poker run..if you are interesting in participating please
bring a prize that is around the $10-$15
2. Volleyball
3. Kid activties like face panting, and a scavenager hunt
