siouxpergirl: I finally got a chance to email with the proper contact person at the Center. Come to find out this cache was never properly cleared through the Park Manager. This is necessary since it's located within the State Park. These guys are getting ready to do some exciting things with geocaching and GPSrs at this park, so I'll clear this area for the new caches to come through.
