The Moth Tree (Canterbury) Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Zero Gravitas: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to the moth tree. It is actually better suited to butterflies, but we want you to find this cache at night - less conspicuous but not compulsory. Placed to honor the lepidoptera around us and to provide a quick stopover on your way North or South.

This cache was placed on the way to the golf course, and is in a spot that insects would enjoy. A well kept road that may require stealth on the wrong day...
This is also co-incidentally the launching pad for our bug racer - a race amongst our family members (four profiles in three cities / towns).
This is a one litre systema, containing log book and a couple of small bits.
Important note: Happy Birthday Dad - good luck with the race!
