Our first regular sized and regular cache, in an area of tranquility in an otherwise suburban landscape.
Due to some recent vandalism, the cache has been replaced with a small container (29-12-2018)
The area has many unmade footpaths which can get muddy after periods of rain, so it is only really suitable for walkers and, perhaps, off-road type buggies. The area is reasonably flat, and tree-cover in the summer means that less-sensitive GPS units may struggle to get an accurate fix - hence the increased difficulty rating.
You are looking for a small clip-lock container.
The cache is hidden in Knight Wood, a wood managed by the Woodland Trust.
Suggested parking is at: N50 59.378 W1 23.915, where there is room for lots of cars.
Please make sure that you shut the container correctly and re-hide it effectively.
