This cache is located on a short service road that goes up to the right of the VHS track stadium.
This is my first cache that I've hidden myself, so I tried to choose an easy location to get to that might be new to some people. It's a cool little path that goes by what I think is a water treatment facility and ends at the entrance to oil property. It's actually just at the top of the right of the path. You can park at the yellow gate and continue up on foot.
The cache is stocked with some items that thrive in water, so choose your favorite color and let everyone know what you get, if so inclined. There's also a mini-action figure for the first to find. And please replace the cache carefully so it remains water tight and hidden. Good luck all!
