fingers crossed: Unfrotunately, the road construction has removed the parking for this cache, so it has to be archived. Thanks for the experience!

** DO NOT PARK ON THE HIGHWAY**
A small container hidden near Highway 400.
Please do not park on Highway 400, it is not necessary and is
dangerous!
The only parking available is at N44°25.497
W079°39.183
To access this cache you cannot reach it from North 400, nor can
you reach it from South 11 to 400. The only way to get to this
cache is to come from the 400 extension, so please turn around at
Forbes Road if you're heading North. There is a parking area off to
the right after the extension turn.
Please take care merging back onto the highway.
This is the first cache in part of a series I've been mulling over
for a while. There are many highways here with a lot of
history.
Highway 400 was opened in the 1950's and replaced the route that
many had taken prior to this up either highway 11, or highway
27.
The 400 extension is planned to terminate in Sudbury and
construction is scheduled to end in 2018.
Just north of the cache location is where the highway used to be
called Highway 400A, until 1997 when it was absorbed by highway
11.
When you locate the cache, it will be a different perspective to
hearing the traffic...
Congrats to strega13 (Team Hebi) on the FTF for this
cache.
