--Wendel: The area is undergoing lots of changes. Sadly what started as a pretty spot is not so pretty at the moment. I think it will be nice again once the construction is done. I suspect someone will place a new cache then. ... I will be pulling the container at the end of the month.

Geocache Description:

Just past the end of the road, between two very deep holes, man made ponds you will find a peninsula of pines.

This is a neat area. At the moment there are lots of big yellow monsters digging away making the holes bigger. Also a great place to watch the wading birds. This morning I saw herons and wood ducks and even a cormorant.
