Recently in the nighttime skies over central Louisiana military observers noted strange multi-colored lights. These lights were seen to proceed at tremendous speeds, suddenly turn at 90 degree angles and hover in place. Following hours of these maneuvers there was suddenly a loud noise, a bright flash of light and then no more lights. It is suspected that these lights were a couple of UFOs. The idea has been presented by top notch scientists, mathematicians and physicists that these UFOs collided and crashed somewhere into the wilderness of the Kisatchie National Forest in central Louisiana.

You, my fellow geocachers, have been tasked with the job of locating this crash site and documenting this event. Will you find little green men from Mars? Will you find visitors from Venus? Will you find citizens of Saturn? Who knows, but you won't find anything unless you are brave enough to accept this challenge. Please explore the area and find the site and any wreckage that there might be. Feel free to take pictures but DO NOT take any souvenirs, crash debris or anything else. These items are of an alien nature and are made of strange unearthly materials.

You will find a small labeled container containing small items and a log. You may trade any of these items in this container. As always bring your own writing instrument.

Roads may be muddy after rains.

Enjoy the hunt, watch out for an encounter with ET (Extra-Terrestrial) beings and most importantly - have fun. I did.
