Geocache Description:

Cat Peak is one of my favortie places to go. The view is spectacular. You can see all the way from the Unitas to Mt. Nebo. The easiest way to get there is from the Avintaquin side of Reservation Ridge on US-191. You can also get there by going up the right hand fork of White River by Soldier Summit. It is several miles of dirt road but currently the road is in pretty decent condition. It can get a little rough in spots though so if you drive your car go slow.
