This summer I had the opportunity to visit with my old buddies from down home.



These fellas have always been know to be big talkers or as some would say B…S…ers.

We had just finished a delicious meal of crabs and oysters at the BlueMoon Bistro, and were sipping sweet ice on the front porch, enjoying the breeze and shooting it at the same time.

At one point after covering too many topics to mention, we got on the topic of childhood nicknames. Now some of these fellas are “blow hards”, and others are “retiring”, but we thought, wouldn’t be hilarious if we had a BS nickname for each of us.

So here’s what we came up with:

Tom is now ‘Light Air’, Bill has a ‘Strong Breeze’, Pete is a ‘Strong Gale’.

Joe’s ‘Calm’, Brian is also a ‘Strong Gale’, Jim, like Tom is ‘Light Air’.
