Geocache Description:


A small abandoned graveyard with picturesque views of the Whananaki Bar - a popular surfing destination.

A final resting place for some of our early settlers with graves dating from 1897 to 1910.

At low tide a walk around the estuary is an option otherwise access is along the main beach.
