Crocodile Island Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Krypton: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Thanks for your cooperation!

Geocache Description:

To get to this cache you will need to paddle a short distance or swim quite a way! The easiest way to access this is from the nearby park but there is a $5 parking fee and if you don't have your own float, canoes rent for $10 an hour. I believe gates are open from 10am to 5pm.

The BelleauWayTeam girls call this crocodile island. There used to be this great old log here that looked like a crocodile to two imaginative girls. Sadly it has washed away but we hope our cache won't! While there are no crocs here, what you seek lies below the surface. It is marked on the surface by a non-native marker. Sign and seal carefully -try to keep the insides dry, Thanks!

Congratulations! First to Find goes to Steve the Crocodile Hunter! (L&F)
