Come Spread Your Wings! This one is for my winged friends who want to make a find while at the airport. -- CZ is a busy place at times -- please do not approach if passengers are arriving or departing. BYOP. Easy terrain, but not wheelchair-able.
The Henderson Executive Airport is an important part of the Clark County Department of Aviation's airport system -- it's hoped to be the main reliever airport for McCarran's (KLAS) General Aviation traffic.
Once the destination of small propeller aircraft, more and more sophisticated business jets are nesting here now. Some of you pilot/cachers will have fun finding this one while you're either on stand-by or on your way to or from the aerodrome. And for my friends who have yet to earn their wings, perhaps this cache will draw you here to learn more about this great facility and introduce you to the world of General Aviation. The hangar is cacher friendly but beware the other muggles who swoop or perch around the Cache Zone.
