Located close to the Bantry Bay in Middle Harbour, this cache can be approached from various starting points. The Tax Collector is one of the characters from 'Hagar the Horrible'. He is a small shrimpy man who wears a uniform that looks almost like a graduation cap and gown, and travels around the country to collect taxes. He travels together with The Executioner, whose mere appearance easily overcomes any reluctance to pay the taxes.
Originally the cache contained a large amount of coins, all non-Australian, and one Travel Bug. Feel free to grab some coins, and also to put some others back. Other swaps are also welcome. After having being plundered by rivaling mobs of tax collectors, the cache is now back in place. The real coins have been replaced by toy ones though.
