A great view of the airport from this cache. There is a road most of the way to with a short off road track the remainder of the way.
We believe this was part of the WWII RAF station, which was home to 254 squadron. The finder, however, will be able to enjoy the spectacular views from this cache without the worry of attack from enemy aircraft!! You can drive most of the way - or you may choose to walk. The ground is firm and dry so no special clothing or footwear needed.
