This cache is NOT at the listed coordinates!!

I was taking the ferry into Vinalhaven, once again. This time in the mist. I was watching the buoys.

There are nice buoys. And there are bad buoys. They aren't bobbing properly. Their paint is fading. No one seems to love them. This cache is dedicated to the bad buoys.
