This EXTREME puzzle cache is at the site of the former Lakeshore Drive-In, on Old Liverpool Road. It opened April 27th, 1957, and played its last movie in 1989. The first movie that played at the Lakeshore Drive-In was an action movie called "Zarak" with Victor Mature. The last movie that played here is "GhostBusters 2," which I can remember seeing there when they were about to close. (I was 5 years old)
The terrain shouldn’t be too difficult. This used to be a puzzle cache but its Traditional again, so its at the posted coords. Why Bloody Drive By?; its a play on words! It used to be a Drive-in, but now its a Drive-by. And the name of the Waterway on the edge of this lot? It's Bloody Brook.....So - Bloody Drive-By! Update 3/2/12 - Many thanks to DaltiesAngels, I have recently relocated to California, and they have graciously replaced a missing container to help this cache stay alive! Update 5/24/16 - Container was gone, they are building something in that area. I moved it a few hundred feet and got rid of the puzzle. I still live in California but im back to visit my family and friends. This is part of the EXTREME series of caches I created here in Syracuse. There might be a few others around still.
