Geocache Description:

This quick stop overlooks the "West Ranch" along Hwy. 70 just north of Quincy a couple of miles.

A 35 mm film canister has a log book, and is starting out with a safety pin and butterfly tie tack or pin. BYOP.

No need to climb over fence or gate, it's on the Hwy side.
