Near Historical marker with picnic tables and good parking. Cache is in weedy area - watch your step for Texas Panhandle critters and thorns. NO NEED TO CROSS THE FENCE.
This location is a catch-all for 3 different Historical Markers, one of which mentions the Battle of Adobe Walls (really 2 separate battles: 1864 and 1874). The actual battle site is 15 miles away, on private land.
The cache is a pint container, covered with camo tape.
Caution stepping through the weeds and know that mesquite trees have big thorns!
