Very near a local Park and Ride in Georgetown, Tx. Terrain is
walkable, but not really disability friendly.
This park and ride has been here for years and years and gets very
little use. That may change given the cost of gas these days. The
price just keeps going up. This area has needed a cache for a long
time. Access is easy from North or South and parking is extremely
easy (it is a park and ride after all).
This is the home of the new Georgetown CARTS Station. When it
finally opens, this will be a very nice place to catch the bus, or
maybe eventually the train. The facility has both solar and wind
power generation that is being used to provide electricity to 2,
count em, 2 charging stations for electric cars. And they're
free...yep, free. When you stop to grab this cache, take a look
around.
Eventually stealth may be required here. Please take care to return
the cache to its resting place and restore its camouflage.
