Geocache Description:

This one is for all the dog lovers! You are looking for a cammoed pretzel container. Have fun with your search! The other day, my mom and dad were at Grandma's for dinner. So, I decided to sneak out of the house, and sniff out the perfect place to hide my first cache. I came across an old trailer park, that is no longer. And there I found a great place to hide my container, that is full of character, just like me. I hope you like it.

My name is Molly the Caching K-9, and I have been wanting to place a cache, and I am so excited to finally get to have my chance. I AM PLACING THIS ONE IN LOVING MEMORY OF MY BEST FRIEND JO, WHO WE JUST RECENTLY LOST. I have put a picture of Jo taped inside the container, she's peeking out at all of us.

Jo was our friend's dog. She was the sweetest, gentlest dog we've ever known. She was all love. Jo blessed us with her love throughout her long life. She was a golden retriever/samoyed. Her life years are 01/1996-06/23/2008. She will be missed terribly. I loved playing with her every chance I had. Even though Jo had lived well beyond my
years, she was the best friend I could have ever asked for. Every time I go outside, I look for Jo, so I can have some playtime with her. It makes me sad, now, cause when I go out to play, I don't see Jo. I really miss her.

Jo's life and memory will always live on in our hearts. Rest peacefully our dear friend, you are home.

This cache has fun toys for my geo-dog pals to swap. Please keep with the theme when swapping, and take only one toy, so other geo-dogs can enjoy the spoils of the fun. These items include your usual tug of war toys, doggie balls for fetch, doggie poo poo bags, etc.

My "dog log" requires my geo-dog pals to "sign in". A stamp pad is included as well as a pen and log book. I have stamped the first page of my dog log, and written y'all a message, to start you off. I would love to see all sorts of paw prints in the log, from every geo-dog that comes and finds my cache. Use the log to record information about you, your breed, color, etc. If you feel so inclined - draw a picture of yourself for me too!

NOTE TO YOUR HUMAN GEO-CACHER: You will also see to the left of where the container is hidden, is a "doggie hitching post", so you can hitch your pooch while y'all sign the log book and make your trades together. Remember, we want to keep all my pals safe. And if they're anything like me, if they see a squirrel or another human or dog that we want to say hello to, we'll just take a run, and not listen to our human. So, if you need that hitching post to keep us safe, it's there for your use. And for all the human geocachers who don't have a doggie owner with you, there are little cards for your enjoyment. They are my "I've been adopted by Molly the Caching K-9" cards that my human made special for you. Please feel free to take one before you leave if you don't have a doggie owner who takes you out caching.

Enjoy the hunt and this cache. Thanks for supporting my first one. I am so excited to get to know all
the geo-dogs out there. Happy Geocaching, Bow Wow, and Woof, Molly the Caching K-9
