Shangra La is a mythical paradise full of harmony, happiness and joy. This city appears infrequently to only select worthy people who seek the utopian city with a zeal and fervor beyond that of ordinary people. The secret of Shangra La has been discovered in the Town of Menasha but the end may be near. Discover the secret before it fades into the mists of time.
Just a few years ago, Shangra LA ended in a nice little cul-de-sac. The road had continued a little further east and ended near the HWY 10 on-ramp. You can still see the old satellite dish left over from the house that had been here. The land was bought by developers, the houses removed (one burned for practice for the Fire Dept.) and eventually, the strip mall was built which resulted in the odd dead end that is now here.
This is my daughter's 1st cache. Please enjoy. Her goal was to make it fun for the whole family.
UPDATE 2010: The last vestiges of the home are gone as "progress" has smoothed out the land, removed the dish and the momories of the houses fade a little more every day.
