Golden Grove has just finished its 20 year development period. During that time, Golden Grove was awarded the Prix d'Excellence World's Best Residential Development by the International Real Estate Federation (in 1998). More recently in 2003 the Golden Grove Urban Development Project has won the Urban Development Institute of Australia's coverted award for the Best Masterplanned Development in Australia. This cache is a mini tour of the best "Down Under", which takes you along pathways & through one of the 120 parks in Golden Grove. Starting point is at the coordinates shown above. Cache is a TUBULAR container. You might like to take a pencil and paper to record clues at waypoints. After the starting location there are 3 waypoints before you can find the final position of the cache,
