A quick drive by nano on Susanvilles newest attraction!
When looking at the local newspaper or listening to the local radio station, there is often a lot of hype over great things coming to Susanville. People are paid to develope stuff, planners plan stuff, and drafters draw stuff, all of which gets the locals very excited!!!
Rarely do these ideas ever develope into real actual things. Whenever proposals are proposed and debates are debated over local greatcomings, it always reminds me of an episode of The Simpsons. Some guy came to Springfield preaching the goodness of bringing a Monorail to town. It was going to save the local citizens. Life would be absolutly wonderful with it, and impossible without it! All of the town folk gathered for a town meeting to hear the proposal, and there was great chanting and singing about the wonders this Monorail would bring to their community!
Yes, several times a year a new "monorail" is proposed in Susanville, Califorinia. It will be wonderful and great and save us from ourselves! There are pictures and cost estimates and listings of all the benefits, printed in the local paper and discussed on the local radio! We will no longer merely exist, but accel in our lives, when the Monorail comes to town!!!
The Skyline extention was one such project which after nearly a decade of discussion and drawings and meetings and butterfly counting that actually was built!!!
It is a very nice road and will definitely help the guards get to work on time, which is a GOOD thing! I placed this nano to celebrate Susan's Monorail!
