Snake Lake Travel Bug Hotel is an easy grab two miles outside of Quincy heading toward Chico or Lake Almanor and it's just off Hwy. 70. You can stock up here on travel bugs when you're heading in or out of town. This cache is at 3600 feet. Slow down when you reach the top of the pass and look for dirt road to the north side of the highway. Large vehicles will want to stay down by the highway for a very short walk to the cache.
This tupperware container is stocked with a variety of travel bugs and we will do our best to keep it stocked as it is a short distance from our home here in Quincy.
Though Google Maps shows this as West Ranch Rd. it is actually at the very beginning of Snake Lake Road.
