Agena Castle Remains Traditional Cache

Don't try to scale the mountain side. you will find the stairway (old castle ruins type) on the same side as the parking lot. There are other ways of getting there, but this is the easiest by far.
Nice cache if you are in the Gushikawa/Camp Courtney area. Located in Agena Bullfight Ring & Park. If you take little cachers watch them close because of the edge.

This park was built on the former site of the Agena Castle. On the top of the hill, old, old rock walls, remnants of Agena Castle, encircle the hill. There are several small shrines located in the hillside as well as benches placed throughout the area. There is a playground located in the park and while it’s a little run down, the kids always have fun playing on it. The whole park appears to have been well maintained and landscaped at one time. You might get to see the bullfights during the Gushikawa Festival in October.
