A small gum tin at the end of a trail to the right of VHS that can only be accessed by foot or bike.
This cache is down the same path as my first; I figured I'd place one since there was a little more room until it ended. The trail ends at a gate that goes onto oil property. Don't worry, there aren't actually any bees - I just borrowed the name from one of the signs on the gate. I used this cache as an opportunity to test out my new magnets, so keep that in mind as you search. It should be a relatively quick find, but watch for walkers and if the end gate is open, I wouldn't try it. Good luck!
