This cache will take you to a very scenic lookout at Moraine State Park. There's several informational displays about the waterfowl. The waterfowl observation deck has a wheelchair accessible ramp-the path is 5ft wide. This cache is placed with permission from DCNR and is intended to be handicapped accessible. I'm not sure one can reach the cache from a chair w/out some assistance so dif. raised to 1 1/2. Cache is pb jar-pls bring your own pen. Small trade items will fit. Hope you enjoy the view of the lake from this vantage point.
