Geocache Description:

This area combines two of my wife's favorite things... Coffee and books.

I got permission from the property owner, so don't worry about that, but please be careful not to damage the property and make sure you put the cache back exactly where you found it. Stealth will be the key here. The cache is a small bison tube. Remember to bring your own pen or pencil!
