speedfrk: Well not only are they illegal dumpers, but must be thieves too, cache is gone.
Another note, i was target shooting this weekend and a couple of state police drove by, hopefully they seen what i seen, all of the bags are torn now and prescription bottles of the trash owners is in plain view, hope they are paid a visit soon.
It always amazes me that you would risk of dumping and the fines that comes along with it, when a whole pickup truck load of trash is like 20 bucks to dump at the landfill.
