Geocache Description:

Nice three stage cache to get you off the beach for a short while. Not too difficult, the starting location is up a small hill but there are roads to the location. You can park anywhere in the main town of Santa Eulalia and be within 15 minutes of the start co-ordinates.

This trail will take you to some of the best views and sights of Santa Eulalia. The final cache location is devils bridge. Local legend suggests that the devil himself built the bridge in one night in return for the soul of the first person to cross it. History relates though, that it was originally built by the Romans in AD70. It's a popular spot for walkers, especially in the early evening, but the cache is hidden away from prying public eyes, so you should have no trouble retreiving it.

The first co-ordinate takes you to the first of the three stage hunt. Here you will find a plaque mounted in a wall near a Godly place built in 1568.

The co-ordinates to the next clue can be worked out as follows:-

N38° 58.A0B (middle 0 in last three is an 'actual' zero)
E001° 31.ABA

Where - A = the 6th number on the tablet just before the word 'Tarda'

and B = the 9th number (second digit) on the tablet just before the word 'D'Octubre'

Just to let you know roughly where you are heading for, if you enter the new co-ordinates it should point towards the Hotel Riomar in the distance.

The new co-ordinates will lead you to a stone tablet on the bottom of which is a date. The final co-ordinates to the cache can be worked out as follows:-

If the date is subustituted with ABCD then
N38° 58.C(A+4)(D-A)
E001° 31.(A+5)(B-4)(D-3)

The cache is in a small fish container (white with a red lid)
