A simple find in the heart of the Golden Grove Extractive Industries Zone.
Over 90% of Adelaide's clay bricks and pavers are made in the Golden Grove area, so you can say that most of the housing built in Adelaide after the mid 1970's is thanks to Golden Grove.
Concrete sand, mortar sand, and fine sand for amber glass manufacture are some of the sand products extracted in the area. And most of Adelaide's white plastic clay reserves are located here as well.
The existing pits are expected to continue in operation for the next 35-40 years.
You are looking for a 5L systema conatiner hidden under a tree, which should be easy to find.
This cache does not contain the usual sort of swaps.
In fact you need not put anything in, all I ask is that you take one of the film containers out and use the contents (a rubbish bag and a latex glove) to help pick up some rubbish from this area. The roads near here are some of the most littered in the TTG council area. Almost worthy of a CITO event in themselves.
