Cache is located just east of Lehigh where the Crooked Creek meets the Des Moines River. There is enough room to pull off road for parking.
Cache is big enough for small TBs and small items. Just west of cache is a gravel road going south. At the end of that road is what used to be Dickey Clay Sewer Pipe plant. Many of the families in the area had someone that worked there. They made clay sewer pipe. With the introduction of plastic, tile pipe became almost obsolete. They stopped making tile pipe and started making brick for awhile. The kilns are still there.
5-26-09 Update
County put new reflectors out and they must have wanted the cache. It is gone. Didn't have a small cache with, so for now it is a micro. Placement only about 3 ft. from original.
