The Four Corners of Moncton Series
Moncton, NB. My home town. Although I was not born here, I've
been here long enough that I am proud to call this my home town.
Most people who were born in Moncton have an affinity for it and
can't seem to stay away for very long. Eventually, those who leave
come back and wonder why they ever left.
After putting the "Greater Moncton Bus Tour" series together, I
decided I wanted to do another series that involved the city. This
time, I literally looked at a map of the Moncton area and pinned
off four corners on the map and decided that those four spots would
receive caches. Thusly the Four Corners of Moncton cache series was
born.
This series will take you over several km's of terrain and
you'll see all of the city from one far end, all the way to the
next.
This cache is located in the Upper Coverdale area near the
Turtle Creek road. There's a small little brook that runs across
Coverdale rd and the cache is located downstream, closer towards
the river. There are houses nearby but you should have no trouble
accessing the cache via the mini-trail that has been made in the
area. There's a parking spot right beside the guardrail and you
should be able to follow that pathway towards the river.
You are looking for a large ammo container filled with the usual
goodies. The cache is not hard to find and should be easy to even
the greenest cacher. Happy hunting!
