Cats Are Cute Series – Gizmo ---

This series is dedicated to all the cute cats we’ve had and have now. We’ve placed a cache for each cat we’ve enjoyed over the years. Cats are wonderful animals and we want you to get to know ours. We hope you enjoy their caches.

Gizmo is one of our newest cats that “The Man” brought home from the farm next door. He was down visiting our neighbors and they persuaded him to take one of their many kittens home with him. Gizmo received her name because of her enormous ears in relation to her tiny head – she reminded us of those gizmos in the movie. She has since grown into her ears and has long and very soft hair. She is really quite lovely and often acts just like the frilly female that she is – in other words, she’s an air-head (did I say that?!?) She does have a mind of her own and she also is one of the friendliest cats we’ve ever owned. She greets our guests when they drive up and is always wanting to sit in you lap. She’s really very sweet.

Gizzy’s cache is along a great road in the hill country. Just as Gizmo can sometimes be a little allusive, so might this cache be to some of you. It’s well camouflaged. There is a place to pull off the road near the cache.
