On the high Plateau on the East side of Mallerstang
Close to the boundary line 325m NE of Lady's Pillar on the fine and unspoilt ridge on the East side of Mallerstang. The views from the ridge extend across the Howgills to the Lake District, and South over the Three Peaks to Pendle Hill. The cache was laid on a two day walk starting at the Moorcock with two good nights out under canvas. The terrain on the tops around the valley is ideal for those who prefer paths to be of an undefined nature.
